De Gouverneur’s beer cellar is located underneath our beer tavern, hidden behind the immense coolers that always keep your favourite beers nice and cold. This snug part of our cellar is where we store our unique and exclusive beers. Just like wine, there are certain beers that only get better with age. In our maturing cellar, we give these special beers the time they need to fully develop their flavour.
